How to read this report
The item report has no transaction dates; dates are obtained by matching invoice numbers to the bill-wise reports. Unmatched item rows appear in unfiltered all-time medicine totals but cannot be assigned to a month or date-filtered analysis.
Quantity means the report's QTY column; the adjacent second integer is treated as free quantity. Item amounts do not always equal RATE × QTY because of invoice-level/item-level adjustments. Do not infer profits, margins, stock on hand, expiry, collections or outstanding receivables from these reports.
Customers with spelling differences may appear separately. Product names and pack sizes are used as printed; this does not merge equivalent medicines with different descriptions.
